How to sleep well? :: by a very good friend of mine


Hey guys, most of you in the comments asked me about what I do to sleep well and be fit the next day.

You guys have to go to bed early, so you have 7-9 hours of sleep. This is very important to feel good and fit.

I would like to give you a piece of advice. At first, you can open your window or balcony door, to let fresh air in. It woud help to clear your mind and relax, because stuffy air causes headaches.
The second advice is to listen to relaxing music or read before you go to bed, this could help you guys to relax and become sleepy.
Also you can take your cat and cuddle with it in the time it purrs 🐱
